Our ropes come in one length. To adjust to a shorter length, as many simple knots as needed near the handles. To adjust to a longer length, loosen the handle to let out more length.

Clean with water or with mild detergent. Air or hang dry.

Our flow ropes are made with premium marine ropes that are soft but durable. Flow ropes are significantly heavier than skipping ropes and provide weight and resistance for the body to respond and move WITH the rope. We carefully designed and picked every specification such as weight, length, diameter, material, to make each rope perfect for flowing.

Currently, we have two models of flow ropes. The Monkey series ropes are 12mm in diameter and is a good starting rope for beginners. The Tiger is an intermediate rope that weighs slightly heavier and is 14mm in diameter. It is a good option for stronger flowists, and a good challenge on body control and joint conditioning.
